Limited Edition Giclée* Prints: Uniquely Yours
I draw inspiration from greek and world mythology, mediterranean colours and culture, archetypes, symbols and geometry. My original artwork is drawn in pencil on A4 trace paper pads; a habit that feels natural due to my background training as an architect. I thoroughly enjoy the meditative aspect of this process: to see the theme gradually evolve, layer over layer, time after time… Once I decide that the hand drawn version of my artwork is complete, I work on digitising it and prepare the final version, in a vector format, that is suitable for printing.
More than pure aesthetics art can become a common denominator, beyond gender, race, language, age or time. Art is a refuge, a home and a playground; it is how we can breathe anew. It is a silent prayer and a trusted company; a way to connect with our collective history. Art is our catharsis and salvation; how we retrace hope for the world.
My desire is to create art to touch and feel -precious yet affordable- so I choose to have my artwork published in limited edition giclée prints.
