What is a giclée print?

Giclée is an art print made with an ink jet printer using the highest archival-quality inks and museum quality paper ensuring your artwork will stay vibrant and unchanged for over 100 years.

The quality of a Giclée print is far superior to all other forms of reproduction printing.

What type of paper do you use for your art prints?

For our Limited Edition Art Prints we use Premium Cotton Rag, PCR310, by TECCO.

This slightly textured, 310 g/m² heavy Fineart paper is the ideal 100% cotton printing substrate for artwork prints, reaching the highest artistic standards.

It is acid-free and thus extremely age and light resistant.

Are the print colours exactly the same as the colours on my screen?

Although we do our best to depict the true colours of the art prints, each screen has a different calibration that makes it nearly impossible to be 100% accurate on that matter.

What print sizes are available?

40 x 50 cm = 15.74″ x 19.68″

50 x 70 cm = 19.68″ x 27.55″

Select the size you want to add to your Basket.

If you have a special size request you can email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to see if it is possible.

Do you ship anywhere in the world?

Yes, we ship worldwide with DHL.

Outside of the EU buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

If customs and import taxes are to be paid, the carrier will contact you.

Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs.

I just ordered my print! How long will it take to be delivered?

All prints are made to order, so please allow 5-7 days for print handling.

Shipping can range from 3 to 8 days, depending on where you live.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes, we will send you a tracking code upon dispatch. You can use it to track your parcel.

I just unboxed my artwork and it is curled. How do I flatten it?

Since your art print was shipped rolled inside a protective tube, it has a slight curl when you first unroll it. Here are some simple steps to help straighten it out:

  1. Unroll carefully: Slowly and gently unroll the print, making sure not to crease or bend the edges.
  2. Place on a flat surface: Lay the print face-down on a clean, flat surface. Make sure the surface is free of any dust or debris.
  3. Protect the back: Place a sheet of tissue paper or acid-free paper over the back of the print to prevent any potential scratches.
  4. Apply gentle pressure: Use a few heavy books or another flat object (like a clean board) to gently press down on the covered print. Distribute the weight evenly but avoid applying too much pressure.
  5. Wait 24-48 hours: Leave the print under the weight for a day or two. This will allow the paper to flatten naturally.
  6. Professional help: If you prefer, a professional framer can also assist with flattening and framing your print to ensure the best presentation.
