SHIPPING COSTS
Each order is sent from our studio in Athens, Greece. To be sure we can help you the best with the shipping information each order is sent with a tracking number.
Shipping to Greece is free / Shipping to Europe-World costs it is fluctuating.

RETURNS
We accept returns up to 14 days (2 weeks) after you have received your orders. To receive a refund, the items must be unused and in the condition they arrived in (if damaged during transportation, please take pictures before sending it back). Please contact [email protected] to request a return, with the details of your order and the reason why you’re requesting a return. You are responsible for all return shipping charges (with tracking code), including shipping cost.

CANCELLATION
You can cancel your order and have it refunded before you are sent an e-mail stating your item has been shipped. Please send us an email at [email protected] as soon as possible.

DAMAGES DURING TRANSPORTATION
We are doing our best to safely package your items, but unfortunately some damages may occur during transportation. If so, please send photographs of the damages at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to replace your item quickly.

DELAY/LOST ORDERS
We are not responsible for losses or delays incurred by the postal services. If you experience any damages, losses or other issues with shipping, please contact your Post Office with the order tracking number and/or contact us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help. Please note: if the delay/loss is due to a wrong address or information given by you to the shop, or a lack of presenting yourself to claim the package after receiving notice, we won’t be able to refund your order and shipping costs. If you accidently provided us a wrong address, please contact [email protected] as soon as possible after placing your order.

MISTAKES IN YOUR ORDER
If your receive the wrong item or wrong quantity, please excuse us! Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to correct our mistake. We will pay all shipping costs.

RESALE/WHOLESALE
Prints and objects purchased on the shop are not for resale. If your a retailer please contact us at [email protected] for wholesale information.
