Set within the vibrant fabric of Paris’ Le Marais district, the Y Pop-Up Store hosted a curated presentation of contemporary design in May 2024, bringing together collectible objects defined by craftsmanship and artistic intent. Within this international context, the silk scarves Cyclops and Medusa, created in collaboration with the Greek wearable art brand Mantility, were introduced as part of a wider dialogue on art and fashion.
Defined by its layered history and cultural energy, Le Marais offers a compelling backdrop for contemporary wearable art. Rendered on 100% pure silk, the scarves translate intricate visual compositions into tactile form, bridging fine art and luxury design.
Drawing from Greek mythology and reinterpreted through a contemporary lens, Cyclops and Medusa reflect an ongoing exploration of symbolism, narrative, and cultural identity.
