Honorable mention for the Goodnight lamp
June 2011Developed during The GloCal – Global and Local – Handmade Workshop in Sora, Italy, the Goodnight Lamp emerged from a collaborative process between design and craftsmanship.
Created in partnership with ceramist Ileana Di Pucchio, the lamp combines lighting design with functional object design, incorporating a water vessel within its structure. Designed for bedside use, it merges practicality with a subtle sensory experience.
The project received an honorable mention, recognizing its integration of concept, material exploration, and handcrafted design. The workshop itself served as a platform for merging global design thinking with local artisanal knowledge.
